BBNaija Finalist Cross
Finalist of the ‘Shine Ya Eyes’ edition of the Big Brother Naija reality show, Cross disclosed on Tuesday, November 9 that he was arrested in South Africa.
Cross, while sharing his ordeal on his Twitter account noted that he was apprehended because there was a curfew at his location which he was ignorant of. The reality star stated that he was, however, released after he identified himself as a visitor.
Mohbad
Popular Nigerian rapper, Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, professionally known as Mohbad was arrested in Cyprus on Saturday, November 6. The rapper disclosed this after he was stuck at the Cyprus Airport Prison. He also accused the promoter of a show of messing him up.
Obi Cubana
Billionaire entrepreneur, Obinna Iyiegbu aka Obi Cubana was detained and grilled by security operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC)earlier this month.
Obi Cubana, who honoured an invite to the office of the EFCC to answer questions bordering on alleged offences of money laundering and tax fraud, was detained and released four days later by the anti-graft agency.
On Monday, 1st November, reports of the arrest of billionaire businessman, Obi cubana on social media and news platforms sparked serious conversations amongst Nigerians.
