Committed to eradicating drug and other illegal substances abuse, trafficking in Lagos State, the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has deployed a new commander for Lagos State.
The new boss, Calys Alumona, a lawyer, was before his posting in charge of the agency’s Ondo State Command.
Taking over the saddle from his predecessor, Ralph Igwenagu on Wednesday at Ikoyi, Alumona, according to a statement by the agency’s spokesman in Lagos, Mallum Musa, urged his management team and members of staff to double their efforts so as to record more breakthroughs.
He recalled a recent operation carried out in Mushin where huge seizures and arrests were made, noting that those were the kinds of results he expected to get.
