Temi Ovwasa has said that she had her “gay awakening” at the tender age of 5.
She said it was with a female neighbour who was also her best friend and they remained friends till they were teenagers.
“She was the first girl I ever… you know…,” she disclosed as she answered questions about her sexuality.
When asked why she chose to be a lesbian, she said: “I didn’t choose it, it chose me.”
She then likened it to “when God called Samuel”.
