South African Woman Jailed 130 Years in Sierra Leone for Cocaine Trafficking.

The High Court of Sierra Leone presided by Justice Andrew S.C. Johnson, has sentenced a 37-year-old South African woman, Asandra Denise, to 130 years’ imprisonment for offences relating to the unlawful possession, transportation, and importation of cocaine. ‘Repentant’ Bandits Kill District Head’s Grandson, Abduct Nine Others in Kaduna Attacks

Suspected “repentant” bandits have reportedly killed a commercial driver and abducted nine other people in separate attacks along the Kaduna–Birnin Gwari highway and parts of Birnin Gwari Local Government Area of Kaduna State. The slain driver, identified as Mallam Ibrahim Adamu, was said to be the grandson of a District Head in the Birnin Gwari Emirate.
