“Call Tenebe to Order” – PDP Urges Tinubu, Accuses Edo APC Chair of Issuing Death Threat
The Edo State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has strongly condemned alleged threats made by the Acting Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state, Jarrett Tenebe, against a female critic of the Edo State Government.
In a statement issued to Naija News on Saturday, the PDP’s Publicity Secretary, Dan Osa-Ogbegie, described the alleged remarks as reckless, dangerous, and deeply anti-democratic, calling on President Bola Tinubu to urgently intervene.
The opposition party cited reports claiming that Tenebe demanded the residential address of a female citizen who criticised the administration of Governor Monday Okpebholo and allegedly warned her that “death awaits you.”
