Nigerian celebrity chef and entrepreneur Hilda Baci has reached another remarkable milestone, announcing that she is now a three-time Guinness World Records holder after learning she broke two records during a single event.
According to reports, Hilda shared the news on her Instagram page, disclosing that she recently received an email from Guinness World Records confirming an extra record tied to her famous jollof rice cooking achievement.
She explained that although she initially believed she had only set the record for the largest serving of Nigerian-style jollof rice, it was later confirmed that the same dish also established a new world record for the largest serving of rice overall.
Combined with her earlier record for the longest cooking marathon, the latest confirmation means Hilda now holds three Guinness World Records.
Describing the moment as both surprising and exciting, she revealed that she discovered the additional achievement months after the original announcement while casually going through her emails.
Hilda also acknowledged the support of her partner, Oreoluwa Atinmo, noting that his contribution was vital to the success of the feat and that the journey was driven by teamwork and a shared vision.
She went on to express gratitude to her team, Guinness World Records, and her supporters for their unwavering support, adding that the accomplishment is a memorable way to kick off 2026.
