Nollywood actor Charles Okocha has expressed strong displeasure after popular streamer Peller publicly asked to take his daughter on a date during a TikTok livestream.
The incident occurred on January 21, 2026, when Peller joined a live session and began speaking about Okocha’s daughter. Mistakenly assuming she was about 20 years old, he said he intended to inform her father of his desire to take her out and went as far as describing himself as her age mate and “future husband.”
The remarks did not sit well with the actor.
Footage from the livestream captured Okocha’s shocked and angry reaction as he listened to the comments. Visibly upset, he asked people around him to bring Peller forward, warning that the streamer had crossed a line by speaking carelessly about his daughter.
Okocha made it clear that he was acting out of protectiveness and would not tolerate anyone making inappropriate or presumptuous remarks about his child, questioning Peller’s audacity and firmly condemning his comments.
