Legendary Canadian singer Celine Dion is set to return to the stage for the first time since her battle with Stiff Person Syndrome (SPS), a rare neurological disorder that causes painful muscle stiffness and spasms.
The 57-year-old star will perform at Paris La Défense Arena in Nanterre, Europe’s largest indoor venue, with dates scheduled for September and October.
Posters featuring her hit songs, including The Power of Love and My Heart Will Go On, have already appeared across Paris, signaling her long-awaited comeback.

Dion has been working daily with her sports medicine therapist to regain strength and vocal ability, sharing her determination to return to performing despite the difficulties:
“I’m going to come onstage because I’m ready. And my vocal cords will not scare me because I’m going to be ready, and I’m going to hit those notes,” she said in a previous interview.
In 2024, she gave a moving performance at the Paris Olympics opening ceremony, proving her resilience and undiminished talent. Recently, she also became the face of Charlotte Tilbury, celebrating her triumphant return to the spotlight through music and beauty.
