The organisers of Big Brother Naija have officially announced the commencement of auditions for the show’s 11th edition.
Naija News reports that this year’s audition process will be conducted physically in selected cities across Nigeria.
According to information shared on the show’s Instagram page, registration for interested applicants will open from May 16 and close on May 20.
Only candidates who successfully complete the registration process within the stipulated period will qualify for the next stage of auditions.
The organisers also clarified that participation in the audition is completely free.
Applicants must, however, be at least 21 years old and possess a valid means of identification before they can apply.
They further explained that available audition slots are limited, meaning the registration portal could close earlier than expected once the maximum number of entries has been reached.
Successful applicants will receive confirmation emails inviting them to attend the physical audition sessions scheduled for May 22 to May 24 in Lagos, Abuja, and Enugu.
The move back to physical auditions marks a return to the show’s original format after several seasons of online and hybrid selection methods designed to accommodate contestants from different locations.
The previous edition of the reality show was won by Opeyemi Ayanwale, popularly known as Imisi, who emerged victorious on October 5, 2025, defeating 28 other housemates to claim the grand prize of ₦150 million.
