Nigerian socialite and businessman, Pascal Okechukwu, popularly known as Chiefpriest, has again addressed the ongoing paternity dispute involving Kenyan businesswoman Hellen Atti.
The controversy, which has lingered for several months, stems from Atti’s claim that Chiefpriest fathered her son following an alleged encounter during a visit to Nigeria. She has repeatedly demanded a DNA test to establish the child’s paternity.
Chiefpriest has consistently denied the allegation, insisting that he has no relationship with Atti and is not the father of the child.
Reacting after a recent television report revisited the issue, the celebrity barman took to social media to challenge the media outlet to bring Atti and the child to its studio for a live DNA test.
According to him, he is willing to undergo the test publicly and at no cost to prove his innocence.
Chiefpriest argued that if Atti is convinced he is the father, she should bring the child directly to him rather than continue making public videos about the matter.
He further stated that he would not spend money pursuing a child he does not believe is his, maintaining that the responsibility lies with the accuser to present the child for testing.
The socialite also expressed frustration over the prolonged controversy, describing it as damaging to his image and suggesting that the matter should have been resolved through a DNA test long ago.
