Justice Emeka Nwite of the Federal High Court in Abuja, today January 30, granted Nollywood actress, Angela Okorie, N5 million bail with one surety in like sum for allegedly cyberb#llying Mercy Johnson-Okojie, also an actress. Nollywood filmmaker and actor Stanley Amandi was arrested alongside military officers accused of planning a violent overthrow of President Bola Tinubu’s administration, Premium Times reported.  Amandi, a director and former chairperson of the Enugu State Chapter of the Actors Guild of Nigeria, was arrested in September 2025.
