Singer Flavour Opens Up About Battling and Overcoming a Two-Year Masturbation Addiction

Singer Flavour recounts how he m@sturbated for two years, even with liquid soap before overcoming the addiction

Nigerian singer Flavour has given a candid account of a period in his life when he struggled with a m*sturbation addiction, revealing the experience during a TikTok live session with friends.

According to the singer, the habit began after he lost his virginity and subsequently lost contact with the woman involved. Left without a sxual partner, he said he turned to msturbation, a habit he claims he got addicted to after a friend introduced him to Mapouka dance videos from Congo.

Flavour said the addiction reached a point where he felt ashamed and struggled to relate normally with his peers, even during casual moments like football matches.

He revealed that he initially sought help from his mother’s pastor, a self-described Guidance and Counselling expert, who prescribed a 21-day fast along with prayer points. However, he said the habit resurfaced within days.

Flavour said he eventually confided in a bassist he played music with, who suggested that his struggle stemmed from being young and not having regular sxual activity. The bassist reportedly took him to a brothel and paid for him to have sx with a woman there.

The singer said he began spending money earned from playing instruments to visit brothels on a weekly basis, a habit that, according to him, helped him overcome the m*sturbation addiction.
