Manchester United have reportedly assigned Marcus Rashford the No. 14 shirt ahead of the 2026/27 season, in a development that could signal a potential return to the first-team setup at Old Trafford.
Rashford spent the previous campaign on loan at Barcelona after falling out of favour at Manchester United.

Transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano reported on X that Manchester United’s decision could be viewed as a sign that the club remains open to having Rashford as part of the team.
Romano also reported that Rashford is currently travelling with the Manchester United squad and could remain at the club unless a suitable offer arrives from a major European club.
