Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has addressed allegations from her estranged husband, Senator Ned Nwoko, accusing her and her siblings of stealing $40,000.
Naija News reports that during an Instagram live session with media personality Daddy Freeze, Regina revealed that Ned Nwoko has reportedly secured warrants for every member of her family, including herself.
She questioned the credibility of the claim, pointing out that the Delta State politician does not keep large sums of money at home.
“No, it’s confirmed, it’s true, and it is Ned—I’ve confirmed it. There’s a warrant on everybody, including me. He’s claiming we stole $40,000 from his house, but he doesn’t even keep money there. So why is he saying we stole 40k?” she said.
Meanwhile, Nollywood actress Georgina Onuoha criticised Ned Nwoko over a recent claim that Regina Daniels was using drugs.
Nwoko’s media team dismissed domestic abuse claims as a distraction from long-standing health and behavioural concerns. They stated that independent toxicology reports indicated misuse of several substances, issues that had been raised privately months before going public.
The team noted that Nwoko had repeatedly encouraged professional help, including therapy and structured rehabilitation, and that financial limits he introduced were intended to curb harmful behaviour, not punish.
Responding on Instagram, Georgina Onuoha condemned Ned Nwoko’s ongoing online attacks against Regina, describing his actions as classic malignant narcissism. She argued that the senator urgently requires psychological help, rather than Regina.
According to the actress, Nwoko’s behaviour is unfit for a responsible and honourable man, adding that if anything were to happen to Regina, accountability should fall squarely on him.
