A new video of veteran Nollywood actor Hanks Anuku has raised fresh concerns among Nigerians regarding his mental health and general well-being. The movie star was captured in a vulnerable state over the weekend, sparking widespread conversations across social media platforms.
An eyewitness filmed Anuku on Saturday, June 27, sitting and lying on the bare ground along a street in the Wuse 2 district of Abuja. In the footage, the actor appeared visibly disoriented and unkempt while holding a disposable cup and muttering words to himself.
Some observers alleged that the actor appeared heavily intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol, which they believe triggered his erratic behavior.
