
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is currently in a closed-door meeting with governors elected under the All Progressives Congress (APC) at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.
The meeting is taking place inside the President’s office within the Villa complex.
Among the governors present are Babagana Zulum, Hope Uzodimma, Inuwa Yahaya, Hyacinth Alia, Biodun Oyebanji, Peter Mbah, and AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, among others. Some states are also represented by their deputy governors.
As of the time of this report, details of the meeting’s agenda have not been disclosed.
The gathering comes less than 24 hours after President Tinubu met with Senate leadership, a discussion believed to have focused on concerns raised by lawmakers regarding the party’s ongoing consensus arrangements.
