2027: Tinubu Won’t Win Any State Without Rigging – Kenneth Okonkwo

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) campaign spokesperson for its presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, Kenneth Okonkwo, has predicted that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will lose the 2027 presidential election.

Okonkwo made the claim during an interview with Symfoni TV, where he expressed confidence that Atiku has a strong chance of defeating the incumbent.

The former Nollywood actor-turned-politician argued that the Tinubu administration’s performance has weakened the President’s political support ahead of the 2027 election.

According to him, the political landscape currently favours the ADC and its presidential candidate, adding that Tinubu would struggle to secure victory in any state if the election is free and fair.

Okonkwo also described the present administration as the worst in Nigeria’s history, acknowledging that the statement reflected his personal political assessment.

He recalled the 2023 general election, arguing that opposition parties performed strongly despite having fewer political structures and no sitting governors.

He said, “When we campaigned for the 2023 general elections, we had no governor. We had nothing, and Tinubu did not win more states than us.”

Okonkwo further claimed that Tinubu would not secure victory in any state in 2027 unless the election was manipulated.

He said, “Tinubu will not win any state. So the path to victory is very clear. And by the grace of God, we will win.”

The ADC chieftain’s comments come as political parties and major contenders begin positioning themselves ahead of the 2027 general elections.
