The Accord Party governorship candidate and incumbent Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, has won his polling unit in Saturday’s governorship election.
The result triggered celebrations among the governor’s supporters at the polling unit, with jubilant party members hailing the outcome as sorting and collation of results progressed.
Meanwhile, INEC has uploaded 65.45% of the results from Osun State governorship election to its Result Viewing, IReV, portal.
As of the time of filing this report, results from 2,463 of the 3,763 polling units in the state had been uploaded, representing 65.45% of the total results expected.
