Nigerian relationship commentator Blessing CEO has announced the end of her relationship with businessman IVD, saying she chose to walk away because she was no longer comfortable remaining in a relationship she believed could put her life at risk.
The controversial social media personality disclosed the breakup in a video while responding to questions from fans who wanted to know whether she was still romantically involved with IVD.
Blessing, who admitted that she had received repeated advice from people urging her to leave the relationship, said she had finally decided to listen and focus on rebuilding her life.
Confirming her decision, she declared: “Trust me, I have left him. Let me pick up the pieces of my life.”
Describing herself as single, Blessing suggested that she was ready to move on and open a new chapter in her personal life. She also jokingly invited interested men to indicate their intentions through her direct messages, although she made it clear that financial stability was a major requirement.
“Those of you who want to apply, please feel free to apply in my DM, please, and make sure you have money,” she said.
However, her strongest statement centered on her decision not to remain in a relationship where she felt her safety could be compromised.
“I no fit dey relationship wey go take my life,” she added.
Blessing also appeared unbothered by the possibility of IVD moving on with someone else, saying any woman interested in dating the businessman was free to do so.
Her announcement has generated fresh conversations on social media, particularly given the public attention surrounding her relationship with IVD.
While the circumstances surrounding their separation remain unclear, Blessing’s comments suggest that she has reached a point where prioritizing her personal well-being matters more than holding on to the relationship.
For now, the self-proclaimed relationship expert says she is single and focused on picking up the pieces of her life.
