CDCFIB Announces Next Phase of 2024/2025 Recruitment Exercise

The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) has unveiled the next stage of its ongoing 2024/2025 recruitment exercise, with shortlisted candidates set to undergo physical screening and document verification.

The announcement was made on Saturday in a statement issued by the Board’s Secretary, Maj.-Gen. Abdulmalik Jibril (retd.), who urged applicants to check their recruitment status through the official portal.

According to Jibril, candidates who participated in the Computer-Based Test (CBT) held in November 2025 are expected to visit the recruitment portal between June 15 and June 20 to confirm whether they have been shortlisted for the next phase.

Applicants are required to log in using the application number generated during the registration process.

The Board explained that successful candidates will be asked to upload the necessary credentials and choose their preferred dates and locations for the screening exercise.

Candidates were also advised to carefully adhere to all instructions on the portal to avoid disqualification during the process.

CDCFIB further cautioned applicants against fraudsters and individuals claiming to have influence over the recruitment exercise.

The Board emphasized that the recruitment process is entirely free and warned that no payments should be made to any person, group, or organisation for assistance at any stage of the exercise.

It also urged the public to ignore fake recruitment messages, fraudulent links, and unauthorized persons posing as representatives of the Board.

According to the statement, all verified updates and information concerning the recruitment exercise will only be communicated through the official recruitment portal and other approved CDCFIB communication channels.

The Board reaffirmed its commitment to ensuring a transparent, credible, and merit-based recruitment process in line with established rules and standards.
