A young man was apprehended this morning March 9, while dumping refuse on a road in Lagos state.
The state Commissioner for Environment and Water Resources, Tokunbo Wahab, who disclosed this on X, said the man will be charged to court.
‘’During our early morning patrol today, the individual seen in the video was apprehended for dumping refuse on the road.
The suspect will be charged in accordance with the environmental laws of Lagos State. We will continue to enforce these laws to ensure compliance and maintain a clean and orderly environment.” he wrote
