BREAKING : Protest Erupts at Federal High Court as Youths Clash with DSS Over Detention of Blogger

Tension flared at the Federal High Court in Abuja on Monday as a group of youths staged a protest demanding the release of detained blogger, Justice Crack.

The situation escalated when operatives of the Department of State Services (DSS) attempted to escort the influencer out of the courtroom after his arraignment. In response, protesters formed a human barrier, blocking the officials while chanting “Free Justice Crack” and condemning his continued detention as unjust.

The demonstrators also called for the presence of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of the Federation, insisting on their right to protest.

“We want to see the minister! Call the minister! Protest is a fundamental human right!” they shouted.

Some protesters urged residents in Abuja to join them at the Ministry of Justice, expressing concern that the blogger could remain in custody until his next court date on May 26.

“Please come out if you’re in Abuja. He may be held for another month,” one protester appealed.

Notable activists, including Omoyele Sowore and Peter Akah, were also present, lending their voices to calls for Justice Crack’s immediate release.
